The Pan-tilt-zoom camera SNK Ultra 365 of viZaar is a combination of the proven SNK 60x but with an additional and very powerfull 365nm UV transmittor. This makes the PTZ camera able to run inspections in white light, UV light or combined white/UV light. This combination makes the SNK Ultra 365 more than suitable for a wide range of inspections inside tanks, vessels within all kind of food, pharmaceutical and chemical related environments during cleanliness testing and Riboflavin testing.
But also crack testing and surface indication tests with techiques like dye penetrant testing the SNK Ultra 365 is very suitable due to the combination of high power 365nm UV and the proven ability of the SKN 60x.
The SNK Ultra 365 comes with the standard 60x zoom pan-tilt-zoom CMOS camera (1920×1080 pixel) that can be controlled with manual and auto focus with a image depth of field ranging from 10mm to infinity. Better said, perfect image and easy to control in every application.
The SNK Ultra 365 is commonly being used in the following applications:
- Inspection of large objects where there is a need for enough light and UV exposure on 365nm
- Inspections of tanks, vessels and boilers
- All kind of cleanliness checks in the food industry, pharmceutical industry and chemical industry
- Detect and localize of cracks and surface indications in tanks, vessels, piping and all kind of objects where for example internal dye penetrant techniques are being used
