viZaar Revolver 80

The perfect aluminium visual inspection camera for tube and (orbital) weld inspections.

The Revolver 80 has a dual camera to execute all kind of visual inspections from a inner diameter of > 80mm.
Endless rotation of the side view (DOV 90°) camera with a adjustable rotationspeed between 0,1° to 90°/sec including self-leveling forward camera.

The Revolver 80 can be used underwater upto a depth of 1,5 meter and usage in air between -10°C to +50°C.
Standard cable length on reel or without reel is 3 to 50 meter and optional upto 200 meter with a large range of centering devices, push rods and pushcables.

The Revolver 80 is particularly convincing in these areas:

• Weld seam testing
• Inspection of inner pipe walls
